Website title is very important which should be related to the website. Title should contains 10 to 60 characters. Google reads 60 characters only. But some other search engines read upto 70 characters.Title is written between the head tags. You should use the titlte tag while writing a title. Suppose your website speaks about Seo Skillness. You can select a title about it. Here I selected seo master's diary'. See the example below:

There are 18 characters in the above title. Let show me:
seo= 3 characters
one space= 1 character
master's= 8 chacters
one space= 1 character
diary= 5 characters
